Yoga Instructor

This is an exercise-based, vinyasa flow yoga class.  Focus is on breathing, core work and proper body alignment to build strength, balance and flexibility.  This class is excellent for beginners as well as more experienced yoga students.  Modification of poses is given to accommodate all levels of ability.  Regular participants will see an increase in balance and flexibility within 2-3 weeks.  This class also emphasizes breathing and meditation techniques to reduce anxiety and stress.  We work toward building a positive mind that is calm and can focus and relax in any situation.  Classes cost $5 and are held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30.
